About Heng Hu

Heng Hu is a practice of integration.
Led by Aaron Bridge, it brings together traditional Eastern disciplines and modern performance science to cultivate resilience, clarity, and sustainable strength for contemporary life.
Rooted in Shaolin and Zen practice, alongside modern corrective exercise and strength and conditioning, this approach supports both wellbeing and performance—helping individuals move with greater ease, recover more effectively, and perform at their best.
Designed for private clients, executive wellbeing, luxury hospitality, branded residences, and retreat environments, Heng Hu offers a refined approach to long-term vitality through movement, recovery, and embodied practice.
Rather than treating strength, mobility, recovery, and awareness as separate pursuits, Heng Hu integrates them into a single system designed to support sustainable performance and lasting wellbeing.
The Integration
Philosophy
Training and meditation are not separate.
Movement, breath, and awareness are cultivated as one integrated practice—supporting wellbeing, performance, and long-term vitality.
At Heng Hu, strength is developed alongside stillness, recovery is approached with intention, and wellbeing is built through sustainable practice rather than short-term intensity.
This philosophy cultivates resilience that extends beyond training—supporting clarity, balance, and performance in work, leadership, relationships, and everyday life.

Visiting Practitioner
Beyond private coaching, Heng Hu operates as a visiting practitioner for luxury hotels, branded residences, private members clubs, and retreat destinations—delivering bespoke wellness experiences for executives, leadership teams, guests, and residents.
Drawing upon training and professional experience across the United Kingdom, India, China, and Japan, each offering combines traditional Eastern disciplines with modern performance and wellbeing principles to create experiences that are both refined and practical.
From private sessions and executive wellbeing to retreat workshops, wellness residencies, and hospitality collaborations, the focus remains the same: sustainable strength, clarity, recovery, and lasting balance.
From Shaolin to Tokyo
Aaron Bridge's journey has taken him from Shaolin Temple UK to India, China, and Japan, studying, teaching, and refining his understanding of movement, wellbeing, and human performance across diverse traditions and disciplines.
As a 35th Generation Shaolin Disciple under Master Yanzi, and through subsequent training in yoga, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and performance coaching, he has developed a unique perspective that bridges traditional practice and contemporary wellbeing.
Today, Aaron delivers private coaching, luxury wellness collaborations, and visiting practitioner experiences throughout Tokyo, including work with Tokyo American Club and Bulgari Hotel Tokyo.
It was in Tokyo that Aaron developed Zen Shui Gong™, a unique aquatic wellness experience that reflects the integration of his international training, professional experience, and longstanding connection to movement, recovery, and wellbeing.
Heng Hu represents the culmination of that journey—bringing together traditional discipline, modern performance principles, and innovative wellness experiences to support sustainable performance, long-term vitality, and balanced living.
