About Heng Hu

Heng Hu is a practice of integration.

Led by Aaron Bridge, it brings together Eastern internal arts and Western performance science to cultivate resilience, clarity, and sustainable strength for modern life and high performance.

Rooted in Shaolin discipline, Zen philosophy, Qigong, yoga, and corrective movement, this approach supports both internal balance and external performance—helping individuals move with greater strength, think with greater clarity, and live with greater presence.

Designed for private clients, executive wellbeing, and luxury hospitality environments, Heng Hu offers a refined path to long-term vitality through embodied practice and conscious living.

The Integration

Philosophy

Training and meditation are not separate.

Movement, breath, and awareness are cultivated as one integrated system—supporting performance, nervous system balance, and long-term vitality.

At Heng Hu, strength is developed with stillness, recovery is approached with intention, and wellbeing is built through sustainable practice rather than short-term intensity.

This philosophy creates resilience that extends beyond training—into work, relationships, leadership, and everyday life.

Beyond private coaching, Heng Hu operates as a visiting practitioner for luxury hotels, private clubs, and retreat spaces—delivering integrated wellness experiences for executives, leadership teams, and high-performing professionals.

Drawing from international training across the UK, India, China, and Japan, each offering combines traditional internal practice with modern performance principles to create experiences that are both refined and deeply practical.

From private sessions and executive wellbeing to retreat workshops and bespoke wellness residencies, the focus remains the same: sustainable strength, clarity, and lasting balance.

Global Reach

From Shaolin to Tokyo

Aaron Bridge’s path began at Shaolin Temple UK in London, where he lived and trained within a temple environment, immersed in traditional Shaolin discipline, meditation, and internal cultivation.

From there, his journey continued to Rishikesh, deepening his understanding of yoga, breathwork, and embodied awareness through traditional practice.

Training in China further developed both martial and internal disciplines, including intensive hard Qigong practice and Shaolin Iron Shirt training—one of the classical disciplines associated with the Shaolin 72 Arts.

After moving to Japan, he worked with Soto Zen International in Tokyo, contributing to the international presentation and promotion of Zen practice through visual and digital media.

Today, Aaron delivers private coaching, luxury wellness collaborations, and visiting practitioner experiences across Tokyo, including work within Tokyo American Club and Bulgari Hotel Tokyo.

Heng Hu represents the integration of that journey—bringing together traditional internal arts and refined modern performance for sustainable wellbeing.
